A few weekends ago our school had their big fundraiser, Rodeo Round Up. Last year I was sponsorship chair but this year I just assisted with the sponsorship contacts before the event and we were just able to attend as a family. It is always a super low key and relaxed and the kids just run around barefoot and play and play. Walker was a little hesitant to do any of the jumpies. He has been like that at birthday parties too but we rode the train and walked around and went to look at the ponies and he did have some friends there so he warmed up a little bit at the end. We bid on a couple things at the silent auction and won a couple things. We barely saw Elle because she ran around with friends the whole time. We did stick around to watch her do the big trampoline that you get harnessed into. We all came home worn out and dirty! But it was another great event to raise money for our school.
