FIRST DAY AT MAGIC KINGDOM

The next day of our Disney vacation we were super excited because we were headed to Magic Kingdom! Elle was so happy to see Cinderella's Castle and also knew we were going to try out a roller coaster for the first time!

After the first day of trying the shuttle that takes you to the parks from our hotel, Kenny thought it was just easier to use Lyft and get car rides to and from. I do have to agree it definitely was easier. On this day we had a stroller delivered that so many people had recommended that we would need for the entire week but we were in the park for maybe 10 minutes before we realized it was a total mistake. Maneuvering it through the crowd was a nightmare plus Elle was completely capable of walking. So we checked it at the front gate almost immediately and then had the stroller company come get it that night. We did not like having it at all!
Daddy and Elle waiting on the car to come get us and take us to Magic Kingdom.

The first thing we did when we got there was ride the Carousel right in the middle of the park when you get in. There wasn't a long line and we rode it another time that day too I think.  Then after the we had fast passes for the Peter Pan ride and It's A Small World which we all enjoyed at the time but since we have gotten home Elle decided she didn't like It's A Small World because she thought it was creepy.

Daddy to come back from checking the stroller.
The park was decorated for Christmas and they
were playing Christmas music and we enjoyed the festiveness of it all!

For lunch that day we had reservations at the Beast's Castle. It was really neat. We sat in the Beast's Wing right in front of the enchanted rose. It would thunder and lightening every so often.
Elle wasn't interested in meeting Gaston so we settled fora picture in front of his statue.

The enchanted rose in our dining room. A petal would fall every once in a while.

After lunch it was time to see what Elle thought of Roller Coasters. We had plans to ride some others in other parks on other days so we thought Thunder Mountain would be a good first one. She absolutely loved it. Had the best time and screamed "this is awesome the entire time. We had a first time we rode it but she wanted to ride it again immediately so we got right back in line and waited 45 minutes or so to ride it again.
So excited after riding Thunder Mountain for the first time!

After Thunder Mountain we ventured over to Tomorrowland and did the race cars and I think a Buzz Light Year ride.
Elle and Daddy rode together in the car ride. It was a Disney version of go carts. Very jolty.

We bought Elle one of these light up bubble wands things and she loved it the entire week. We ended up buying Walker one too and they have played with them a lot at home!
Back of the castle and having a great day in Magic Kingdom.

Before we left the park for the day we went and watched Mickey and Friends show right in front of the castle. It was a great show with lots of princesses and characters. We really enjoyed it!
Waiting for the show to start and happy just sitting down and hanging out!
One last picture before we left in front of their huge Christmas tree!
We took the ferry ride back to the resort and it was so pretty because the sun was setting.

After we ate dinner at the restaurant at the resort by the water which was really nice and relaxing the resort was hosting guests in roasting marshmallows and had these smore kits you could get so we did that for dessert before falling into bed! So tired!
