HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

On our third day we went to Hollywood Studios. We were excited for this day because our planner had told us that it would be a more easy laid back day. Hollywood Studios is a smaller park and it is even smaller right now because some of it is closed because they are building a big story land which we will get to enjoy when we bring Walker back. So we knew that we would most likely have an earlier more relaxing day.

That morning we had a character breakfast with the Disney Junior characters at Hollywood and Vine. I scheduled this for Elle because we have always been big Disney Junior people. Elle has always loved Sofia and still loves Doc McStuffins. We got a good rotation at the breakfast and didn't have to wait a long time to meet all the characters and the breakfast reservation allowed us to get into the park early before it opened so we got some really neat people free pictures.

And Elle had no idea who this was. It was Handy Manny and we weren't going to be rude.

After breakfast we had a fast pass for the Buzz Lightyear Toy Story ride. But before we went in we decided to wait in a short-ish line to meet Buzz and Woody. Elle wasn't pumped at first but came around and was so happy to meet them after the fact!
They had little photo ops all through the line so you could pass the time.

One of the things we were so excited to take Elle to was the Indiana Jones show. It has always been Kenny's favorite since he was a little kid and he and  I have been together to see it before we had kids. Kenny and I enjoyed it just as much and Elle loved it too. I don't think they have changed one thing about it since Kenny was a kid.

We rode some other fun rides and Kenny also enjoyed bits and pieces of all the Star Wars shows they had going on through out the day. Before we left the park for the day someone had recommended the Frozen Sing Along. I knew it would be fun because I love Frozen and of course Elle does too. But it went above and beyond and was so fun and we definitely sang along. It snowed twice and I may of teared up once or twice.
Waiting on Frozen Sing Along to start.
