RODEO ROUND UP 2017

We had a great Saturday this weekend. Kenny played a round of gold with some friends and I decided last mintue to take the kids to the pool for a few hours. I checked with our friends to make sure Elle's good friend Audrey Caroline would be there so she would be entertained and we played and relaxed and had lunch at the pool before we came home to shower, nap and rest.

Counting down the last days of summer and the pool will close soon.
Enjoying some lunch before getting back to swimming.

Then it was time for Rodeo Round Up! Elle and Kenny went to Rodeo Round Up last year while I was out of town and Walker was still small so we got a sitter. This year I was sponsorship chair for the event so I worked hard on the front end to secure money to cover expenses so the event would be a success and then had to work at the actual event some too. Elle was pumped to run around with all her friends and do all the super fun things at the rodeo. They have lots of jumpies, horseback rides, mechanical bull, rock climbing wall and the arial bounce things to along with concessions, a silent auction and a bake sale! It raises lots of money for the school and is a super fun events for families. This year Walker was able to come too and it took him a little while to warm up, by the end of it he was enjoying the jumpies and slides and had a great time too! He especially love the choo choo train and rode it several times! We were all worn out when we got home but it was a great afternoon!
